The Office of the Dean of Students (ODS) is the biggest department of the University that houses all structured non-academic student support programs and services. These programs are designed primarily to ease and guide students' transition from high school life, where parents and teachers metered out discipline and control measures, into university life, where self-discipline and self-reliance are urgently needed; to counter the seemingly endless individual freedom; and to serve as internal balance setter for the demands and pressures of academic life.
The Office of the Dean of Students promotes an environment that foster access, inquiry, reflection, opportunities and experiences that generate curiosity and lifelong learning.
Vision
To create an enabling and conducive environment characterized by quality programs that contributes to the holistic development of students and the community.
